Directly on to the textile. Under the armpit area.

How long does PitFit last?

PitFit shields are intended for one time use. When you are done with your day you remove the pads. The shields can stay longer on the garment, it depends on how much you perspire througout the day.

Which clothes can I use PitFit on?

Well. Everything with sleeves. The only thing we do not recommend is a see-through shirt because it will not be discreet anymore and chunky knit wollen sweaters because of all the individual thread lengths.
